La Cañada Elementary School, LCE, is located in central La Cañada Flintridge. It is a community of highly educated parents and community members who are actively involved in the education of the children. The enrollment at LCE for the 2007-2008 school year is 676 students. The staff of La Cañada Elementary is dedicated to the mission of providing a rich educational environment that challenges all students to think critically, solve complex problems, express themselves articulately, in speaking, writing and technologically, and to work cooperatively and individually in a diverse and multicultural world.
