The Superintendent's Office is responsible for the educational program of the district and for the functions of all departments and all personnel.  The Superintendent is responsible for district morale, appropriate decision-making, channels of communication with the Governing Board and among all levels of the organization, and enabling all personnel to excel in the main purpose of La Caņada Unified School District, educating all children to their highest potential.
