Step 2 - Aeries

Please do not complete this step if your student is currently enrolled in an LCUSD school.
Currently enrolled residents will automatically matriculate to the following year.
 
Welcome to the Step 2 - Aeries Resident Enrollment page!
This page will walk you through creating an Aeries Online Enrollment account and completing the process. If you have previously created an account for back to school registration, please note this is a different portal reserved for enrollment only. You will need to choose "create new account".
 
A valid email address is required. This process may take up to 30 minutes to complete.
You will be able to save progress and login later to complete the tasks.
 
Before starting, please gather the following information:
  • Name, address and district of previous school, If applicable
  • Legal Parent/Guardian's home/work phone and address
  • Emergency contact names, addresses, and phone numbers
  • Local Physician's name and phone number
  • Date first enrolled in any US school
  • Date first enrolled in any California school
  • General demographic information about your student
 
Creating Your Account:
1. Visit: https://abi.lcusd.net/air/ and choose "Enroll A New Student"
2. For the current school year, select "2023-2024 Current Year" 
   
The 2024-25 school year selection will be available beginning January 29, 2024
3. Enter name, email address, choose a password, and select "Create Account"
4. Read and agree to the Terms of Service
5. Enter the student's name and birthdate
    This will automatically select the correct grade for the upcoming school year
6. Enter the student's address of residence
7. On the select school page, you will pick LCUSD Enrollment Queue
 
Completing the Online Enrollment Form
8. Continue entering the general student information
9. Authorizations: Read and review the authorizations 
 
Review, Print, and Sign:
10. Carefully review all information and correct any typos. Then hit "Finish and Submit"
11. Please print the completed enrollment form and then continue to Step 3 - Documents.
 
Additional Information:
  • If you experience an error when hitting the submit button, simply click return to login.
    You will see your saved work and can then print.
  • If you have more than one student, please print and then choose "Enroll Another Student". The basic residence and contact data will be saved.
  • If you experience any issues or would like to report any hiccups you've encountered through the process, please email the Registrar at [email protected] and they will work with the technology department to help get these issues resolved.
