Getting Past District SPAM Email Filter

The district receives tens of thousands of emails every day and over 90% of those emails are spam.  To keep district staff email accounts from being clogged with unwanted SPAM email, the district employs a filter that will set aside email from unknown senders and place them into a waiting area until a staff member is able to retrieve the unknown senders' email from the following day's Spam Mail Summary Report. The district automatically "Whitelists" any email addresses of parents based on the email address that the district has on record for the parent which is stored in the district's student information system.  Parents who have multiple email addresses or whose email addresses have recently changed may not be the district Spam filter's whitelist. The following form will allow parents and community members to add their own email addresses to the district's "Whitelist" ensuring that future email communications are not blocked by the filter.
