7. Student rating of the book (1 the highest, 5 the lowest) ONE, I couldn’t even put this book down. This is one of the greatest books ever written
8. Main conflict in the book: Murders of cardinals occur with each cardinal branded with a different element on each cardinal that can be read both right-side up and up-side down, by an ancient religious cult group called Illuminati.
9. Setting of the book: (place and time): Europe, present day
10. Main Characters and part they play in the book:
a. Maxmillian Kohler- Director of the European Council of Nuclear Research(CERN), he sets up the story.
b. Robert Langdon- Professor of Religious Iconology, he is the main person that takes the part of doing everything.
c. Vittoria Vetra- A scientist at CERN and a character that follows along Robert Langdon.
d. Janus a.k.a. Cardinal Mortati- The controller of the bad guys
e. Assassin- Murderer of cardinals
11. Are the characters believable and interesting?
Yes the characters are quite believable and interesting

14. Any reasons not to read the book? I think if a person doesn’t read the book they are…
15. Did you like this book or not? And why… I loved this book sooooooooooooo much it kept me guessing, very intense, the action almost never stopped, and I couldn’t stop reading. This is the greatest book ever written.
