8. Main conflict in the book: Americans are eating too much fast food and these two authors go behind the closed doors of McDonalds, Burger King, and other restaurants to get every thing behind the food, cleanliness, and the pioneers of the junk Americans are putting in their bodies.

It takes place all over the United States and other parts of the world where fast food restaurants have planted themselves. The time is from 1885 to the present.

10. Main Characters and part they play in the book:
(1) The fast food industry is what has Americanized the world.
(2) Hamburger Charlie, the fifteen-year-old who created the hamburger.

11. Are the characters believable and interesting? Yes they are because the book is true.

13. Good reasons to read the book: It explores where fast food comes from, who makes it, the kids behind the counter, and the global effect it has. It's educational as well as being a great read.
