Discuss with children the importance of doing their best on assignments and tests.
Make sure your children get plenty of rest and eat a good breakfast each day of testing.
Discuss upcoming tests with your children and try to reduce pre-test anxieties.
Do not plan activities that will take your children away from school on testing days. Ensure your child is in school everyday unless they are ill. Make-up days will be provided as necessary.
Be sure your child has a positive start to his/her day before leaving home.
