THE WEEK PRIOR TO FINALS (May 30 - June 3, 2005)
THERE WILL BE **NO BLOCK SCHEDULE**

The Friday and Monday Exam Schedule is only for 8th and 12th grade students to take their Final Exams. Classes with grades 7, 9, 10, 11 can incorporate SSR and review at this time.

Notes

1. Two-hour exams allow for thorough evaluation in both academic and lab classes.

2. Comprehensive evaluation requires comprehensive preparation on the part of students: both are excellent learning activities, especially for the college-bound student.

3. Afternoons are needed by students for study.

4. All instructors will give a comprehensive final exam or hold a meaningful culminating activity, representing a significant portion of the student's grade in the class.

5. All students must be present in all classes according to the final exam schedule.

6. No breaks outside the classroom are to be given during the two-hour session.
