1. Presentation Portfolio or a new plain black notebook with dividers
2. Report Cards - Xerox of Semester Report Card - You have report cards from 10^th grade - Include an explanation of what you are proud of and what you would like to improve
3. Letter of Application - You wrote this for Career for a Day - include a copy If you did not save this letter, please write another
4. Application - You completed on for Career for a Day - include a copy. If you did not make a copy, obtain an application from any business and complete it.
5. Resume - You prepared one as part of Career for a Day and your English class print a copy If you did not save this you will have to complete another
6. Personal Showcase - You had this in your portfolio from last year. What makes you special or are you good at? Write a description and provide a sample. Add to the collection you started in 10th grade
7. Awards and Honors - Add any new awards you have received since last year. Xerox each award and provide a brief description of what it is and why you are proud of it.
8. Thinking Skills - Select an activity, protect, paper or essay, which demonstrates your ability to think and solve problems. You might use any school assignments which you feel made you think. Include the item and a brief description
9. Technology - include an example which shows your highest ability in the use of technology. Provide a sample and include a description.
10. Use of Resources - Select an example, which shows you know how to use your time, money, talents. Provide an explanation for the item you selected.
11. Information Literacy - this can be almost anything that uses words- your ability to read, write, interpret maps, data, etc. Any item of homework or any written assignment will be acceptable.

Explanations are on a separate sheet of paper and usually a paragraph or two providing a description of the activity and a reflection on why it is important to you.

You are to have a least one sample to receive full credit.

All work should be word-processed.
