1. Folder - make sure your name is clearly displayed on the outside
2. Report Cards - Xerox of Semester Report Card - Write a paragraph indicating what you are proud of and what you might like to improve
3. Activities List - You have made a list of the activities you enjoy in school, community and with your church. Describe what you do in each
4. Awards and Honors - Add any new awards you have received since last year. Xerox each award and provide a brief description of what it is and why you are proud of it.
5. Thinking Skills - Select an activity, project, paper or essay, which demonstrates your ability to think and solve problems. You might use any school assignments which you feel made you think. Include the item and a brief description
6. Technology - include an example which shows your highest ability in the use of technology. Provide a sample and include a description.
7. Use of Resources - Select an example, which shows you know how to use your time, money, talents. Provide an explanation for the item you selected.
8. Information Literacy - this can be almost anything that uses words- your ability to read, write, -interpret maps, data, etc. Any item of homework or any written assignment will be acceptable.

Explanations are on a separate sheet of paper and usually a paragraph or two providing a description of the activity and a reflection on why it is important to you.

You are to have a least one sample to receive full credit.

All work should be word-processed.
