Transitional K (TK) &
Kindergarten through Grade 1

ONLY RESIDENTS (THOSE WHO LIVE WITHIN THE LA CANADA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT BOUNDARIES) ARE ELIGIBLE TO ENROLL AT THIS TIME. 
 
NON-RESIDENTS MUST FOLLOW THE PERMIT PROCESS and
CAN NOT ENROLL THEIR STUDENTS.

The individual forms included in the enrollment packet can be found below as regular and/or interactive (fillable) Adobe Acrobat forms.  If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, click on this link Adobe Acrobat Reader to download the current version. 
 
To open, click on the form.  You can navigate within the form using your mouse or the tab key.  Please type the information requested.  When complete, select the "Printer" icon to print the form.  If you would like to save the form to your computer, select the "Save" icon. The forms may also be filled out by hand.  Please print the blank forms and complete.
  
Please submit Kindergarten forms to your neighborhood school. 
 
Transitional Kindergarten (TK) and Grade 1 enrollment documents will be accepted at the District Office.
