Step 2 - Aeries
Please do not complete this step if your student is currently enrolled in an LCUSD school.
Currently enrolled residents will automatically matriculate to the following year.
Welcome to the Step 2 - Aeries Resident Online Enrollment page
This page will guide you through the process of making an Aeries Resident Online Enrollment account and how to complete the application. If you have previously created an account for Back-to-School registration, please note this is a different portal reserved for enrollment only. You will need to choose "Create New Account".
A valid email address is required to proceed. This process may take up to 30 minutes to complete. You will be able to save your progress and login later to complete the tasks.
Before starting, please gather the following information:
- Name, address and district of previous school, if applicable
- Legal parent/guardian's home/work phone and address
- Emergency contact names, addresses, and phone numbers
- Local physician's name and phone number
- Date first enrolled in any U.S. school
- Date first enrolled in any California school
- General demographic information about your student
Creating Your Account:
- Visit: https://lacanadausd.aeries.net/enrollment/ and click "Enroll a New Student"
- For the next school year, select "2026-2027, Pre-Enrollment"
- If you are enrolling for this current school year, select "2025-2026, Current School Year"
- Enter your name, email address, choose a password, and select "Create Account"
- Read and agree to the Terms of Service
Completing the Online Enrollment Form:
- Enter your student's name and birthdate
- This will automatically select the correct grade for the upcoming school year
- Enter the student's address of residence
- On the select school page, click "LCUSD Enrollment Queue"
- Enter the student's general information in each section
Review, Print, and Sign:
- Carefully review all information and correct any typos. Once you have ensured all information is accurate, hit "Finish and Submit"
- Please print the completed enrollment form, sign the last page, and keep this printed form.
- You will receive an email from the registrar regarding next steps.
- Continue to Step 3 - Documents
Additional Information:
- If you are experiencing an error when hitting the submit button, simply click "Return to Login." You will see your saved progress and can then print.
- If you have more than one student you are enrolling, please print and then choose "Enroll Another Student." The residence and contact data will be saved.
