Welcome to Resident Enrollment Step 3 - Documents
This step will list all of the required documents needed to complete the enrollment process. Required documents may vary by grade level so please review carefully.
Enrolling for the CURRENT 2025-26 School Year
The registrar will contact you regarding next steps and we will assist in scheduling a date/time to submit your documents. Please do not walk-in without a scheduled appointment.
Enrolling for the NEXT 2026-27 School Year
All documents will need to be physically submitted, in person, by one of the three options. Please do not submit documents to the registrar BEFORE March 25th.
1. Document Submissions Days - No appointment needed!

2. Walk-In Wednesdays - First come, first served.
Every Wednesday starting on April 8th to July 29th from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Regardless of arrival time, the last walk-in will be taken at 4:30 PM.
3. Appointments - Appointment required!
All other dates/times will need to be scheduled in advance through our registrar.
An email will be sent to you after your pre-enrollment has been submitted and reviewed.
From there, you will be able to make an appointment via the emailed link.

Please do not use staples or make copies for our records.
All documents will be scanned and immediately returned to you.
Below is a printable enrollment checklist to help guide you in the document submission process.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
ALL GRADE LEVELS: Preschool through 12th
- Aeries Online Enrollment confirmation - Printed from Step 2 and signed by both Parents/Guardians
- Both Parent/Guardian photo ID's
- Original birth certificate or passport
- Immunization records (view required immunizations here)
- Any Special Education Documents if applicable - IEP, Referrals, Assessments, etc.
- Last report card/transcript - If previously enrolled in a TK through 12th grade program
- Superintendent Residency Letter (click here to print)
- Proof of residency (view proof of residency requirements here)
- Request for Student Records (click here to print)
- Housing Questionnaire (click here to print)
Additional: TK, Kinder, and 1st
Please read the notice attached to the Report of Health!
Oral Health Assessment is due by Kinder and Report of Health (with Eye and Audiology) is due by 1st Grade. These items may be turned in during TK Enrollment if it falls within the 12 month window or 18 months window indicated.

- Did your student take a Health class in a prior grade? Sometimes Health class is embedded in another class section such as science or P.E. The units we look for are:

- Fitness and Nutrition
- Drug Awareness
- Sexual Health
- If Health class was embedded in another class, please have the registrar from your previous school provide, on letterhead, confirmation of completion of the health requirements as outlines above. If a confirmation is not provided, LCUSD will move forward with enrolling the student in a health class.
