Joe Radabaugh

Joe and his wife, Tina, have been proud residents of La Cañada since 2007. Together, they’ve built a strong connection to the community while raising their two children, Ava and Jackson, both of whom have attended local schools and participated in various community programs.
 
Joe joined the La Cañada Unified School District Board of Education in 2017 and is currently serving his second term. His dedication to public service and education has been evident throughout his tenure, where he continues to advocate for student success, fiscal responsibility, and community engagement.
 
Beyond his role on the school board, Joe has been deeply involved in many aspects of civic life in La Cañada Flintridge. His volunteer work spans a wide range of organizations and initiatives. He has served as a director on the La Cañada Flintridge Educational Foundation, contributed to the Measure LCF bond team, and held leadership roles such as president and coach for the La Cañada Baseball Softball League. Joe has also served as president of the local Kiwanis chapter, assistant scoutmaster for the Boy Scouts, and committee member at La Cañada Presbyterian Church. Additionally, he has been an active member of the La Cañada Coordinating Council, helping to foster collaboration across community groups.
 
In recognition of his outstanding service and commitment to the community, Joe was honored with the prestigious Les Tupper Award in 2024—an accolade that celebrates individuals who exemplify volunteerism and civic leadership.
 
Professionally, Joe brings over 27 years of corporate business experience from his career at Nestlé, where he developed expertise in strategic planning, operations, and team leadership. His business acumen continues to be a valuable asset to the board, contributing to thoughtful decision-making and long-term planning.
