Re-Verification
Annual re-verification is required for all students currently attending on a permit.
This form will be mailed to your home so please make sure your mailing address is up-to-date. Once you have completed the form, please gather the required documents as listed below for your permit.
The form and required documentation can be walked-in or mailed to the District Office.
2026-27 RE-VERIFICATIONS
Mailed: Friday, May 1st
Due by: Monday, June 29th
Please note that you may receive a confirmation after the deadline. If any documents or information is missing, the registrar will reach out directly to resolve those items over the summer.
Please do not reach out to check the status if your re-verification, this only prolongs the process.
