Steps 1 through 3 will become available starting March 2nd, 2026
Step 1: Navigate to the permit section where you will find and complete the appropriate permit for your circumstance.
Step 2: You will print and gather all necessary permit documentation and submit these files to the district's registrar via postal mail or walk-in.
Step 3: You will be provided with dates and information on what to expect as you wait to hear from the district about your student's lottery placement and enrollment status.
Steps 4 through 6 will become available starting June 2026
Step 4: The next steps is for those that have received confirmation from the district that their student will be attending LCUSD for the 2026-27 school year. You must create an Aeries account, complete the online student enrollment process, then print and sign the enrollment form.
Step 5: Information on how to make an appointment to submit the completed documentation and printed confirmation from the Aeries Online Registration platform will be sent to you. Documents can vary depending on grade level.
Step 6: Once document submission is complete, you will be given general school site information and class placement. This information will be shared before school starts.
