Non-Resident Enrollment - Permits

The permit process for NEW LCUSD students has closed for the 2022-23 school year.
Please check back in January, 2023 for information on applying for a permit for the 2023-24 school year.
 
If your child currently attends LCUSD on a permit please see

For non-residents, we offer the following permits: 
 
LCUSD Employee
Sagebrush
Allen Bill - Physically working full-time (32+ hours per week) within the LCUSD boundaries

About the non-resident enrollment process:
 
Step 1: In Step 1 you will navigate to the permit section where you will find and complete the appropriate permit for your circumstance. 
 
Step 2: In Step 2 you will print and gather all necessary permit documentation and submit these files to the district's registrar via postal mail only (please do not deliver in person).
 
Step 3: In Step 3 you will be provided with dates and information on what to expect as you wait to hear from the district about the your student's enrollment status. 
 
Steps 4 through 6 will become available after June 3, 2023
 
Step 4: Step 4 is for those that have received confirmation from the district that their student will be attending LCUSD for the 2023-24 school year.  In Step 4 you will create an Aeries account, complete the online student enrollment process, then print enrollment form. 
 
Step 5: In Step 5, you will complete other necessary enrollment documents.  Documents can vary depending on grade level. 
 
Step 6: In Step 6 you will find information on how to make an appointment to submit the completed documentation and printed confirmation from the Aeries Online Registration platform.
