The District Office will begin accepting completed applications between
Monday, March 3rd - Friday, April 25th
NO EXCEPTIONS!

Please fill out ONE APPLICATION PER STUDENT.
Once Part 1 is submitted online, you will receive an email confirmation.

Parents are responsible for creating completed packets! Copies will not be made
