Living with Relatives states that your family is living with a relative 24 hours a day / 7 days a week during the school year within the LCUSD Boundaries.
- Proof of Residency from the homeowner (relative) is required.
In additional to proof or residency, three bills (bank statement, auto insurance/registration, credit card, etc.) in the name of the parent/guardian will
also be required.
- If the relative is leasing the home, a new lease is required that states everyone now residing in the residence.
- If for any reason LCUSD believes that the family is not living full-time in the relative’s home, an investigation may be initiated. If the investigation finds that they are not in residence, the student will be withdrawn from La Cañada Unified School District.
